Lorraine Ceniceros is an ordained minister currently serving as Conference Minister in the Kansas Oklahoma Conference of the United Church of Christ.
Before relocating to Junction City, Kansas, Lorraine served as Associate Conference Minister with the Wisconsin Conference in Madison, Wisconsin. Lorraine’s professional experience also includes serving as a pediatric hospice chaplain, working within the Catholic health care system as chaplain and manager of Spiritual Care in a Southern California hospital, pastoring in the local church, and managing Red Rock Partners, a stem cell storage facility in Sedona, Arizona.
Although Lorraine is relatively new to Junction City, she has quickly grown to love this city and its people. “I believe I have the experience, skills, and vision to help Junction City thrive and prosper. As city commissioner, I would work hard to promote economic development, improve public safety, enhance quality of life, and foster collaboration among all stakeholders. I would also value the input and feedback of the residents and businesses and represent them with respect and honesty.”
